My wife and I started The Friday Kitchen in 2020 after I was made redundant. We initially started a small simple menu making homemade Indian dishes which expanded into BBQ foods during the summer months. As our food became popular, our business began to grow. After a hiatus of a year, we are returning selling our prepared marinades and curry pastes.
We published our weekly changing menu on Sunday's with orders being taken up until Wednesday and preparation on Thursday to be delivered on Friday and thats quite simply, how The Friday Kitchen came about

For the past 3 years we have improved our marinades and our curry pastes and continue to develop new flavours. No added preservatives, we believe in good food and flavour.
We love food! From Thailand, South America, Italy, Spain and beyond, wherever we have been we have been on food tours or cooking classes and we want to bring these flavours and dishes to you but Indian is our favourite!
